Unable to properly hook the shower pipe.

We missed our breakfast as I Ε΅as wrong ene told the times for breakfast, I was told it was served til 10am but when Iwe came down at 9.30 all breakfast was finishes, there was a lovely lady called Angela who was very apologetic to us and done her best to try to get us a breakfast but everything had been turned off and put away, Angela spoke to a manager who returned our money back to our bank, Angela was so sorry I had been wrongly informed of the times by a receptionist when we checked in, apart from that our stay was lovely xx, I would like you to thank Angela for all her help xx

Location was great and you have a bar
One lift was out of order, so a long wait for the lift but also the stairs weren't always accessible even if you used a keycard which was especially annoying if you were going back and to,to the carpark
