Das Zimmer an sich und die Sauberkeit.
Das Zimmer war sehr laut, da es direkt an den Gleisen der Hovedstation in Kopenhagen mit regem Bahnverkehr liegt.. Der Service beim årsmødemiddag lies zu wünschen übrig.Keiner wußte, ob das Essen glutenfrei ist oder nicht. Das ist für mich sehr wichtig! Im Übrigen war das Essen mittelmäßig. Dieses traf übrigens auch auf das Frühstück zu. Für nicht Kaffeetrinker gab es nur scharzen , grünen oder Beerentee. Ein bißchen mau für so ein Hotel. Das Personal bestannt, so war der Eindruck, meist aus Aushilfskräften, speziell im Service. Resume: Massenabvertiegung mit schlechtem Personal und mittelmäßiger Verpflegung
