Staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful. Room was pleasant. The tea and coffee in the room was pretty amazing, we left needing to know where to buy the tea. WRer dispenser on the floor is a lifeline. Dispenses sparkling water as well as chilled water. Other hotels could learn from this.
Breakfast could be a bit better, but still good.
