Our stay at Hotel Metropole Taormina was truly memorable. A very special thank you to the front desk team, especially Amelia and the supervisor, Marie, whose patience, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness made a wonderful impression. They were consistently courteous and accommodating, responding to my requests with kindness and care and making me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. Their exceptional service added a personal touch to the experience, and I am very grateful for their hospitality. Overall, a beautiful hotel in an extraordinary setting, made even more special by its wonderful team. I would be delighted to return.
