Melhor hotel da nossa longa viagem. A vista da varanda é de tirar o fôlego. Quarto e banheiro impecáveis, amamos o aquecedor de toalhas. O melhor café da manhã da viagem. Equipe muito educada e solícita. Solicitamos um check-out tardio e fomos atendidos. Deslocamento fácil para os pontos turísticos. Um hotel para voltar várias vezes.

It's in a Great and safe location above the frey but near the waterfront, Plett and Thessen Island. There is a plentiful and Yummy breakfast (the best part of the stay) The ladies working there are quite nice and accommodating. Free parking Good communication from the host who helped me by WhatsApp several times.
Definitely not a 5 star hotel. No amenities in the room such as kleenex or shower cap. The Shower leaks and floods the floor making it slippery and dangerous. Not much sleep as The room is not quiet as the staff are very loud in the morning and I heard every guest opening the doors, dogs barking at night, and i had to unplug the refrigerator as it was too loud at night. Worst of all, the towels were like sand paper (they told they ran out of the regular ones), the pillows were absolutely flat. The view is over rated. Another guest was locked out of building at night because their key didn't work and another guests didn't have hot water. All in all my room needed upgrading due to peeling paint and caulk.
The staff, their recommendations and the wonderful breakfast. The location is convenient and much quieter than other parts of town .

Despite a power cut, every consideration was taken to make the best of a difficult situation. Good local advice given. Excellent breakfast. Easy to get to.
