2nd time at the hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpfull. And a mall tip goes a long way. Pool and facilities are really good. Spa was amazing.

The hotel staff are the reason we have returned to this hotel for several years, they are very attentive, friendly and hardworking. The room and hotel was clean. However, the food quality was poor.
5* ++ Coal Reef on the beach. Excellent Staff. Wonderful Facial at the spa. The restaurant was VERY accommodating to my food allergy.
