Room size and seating area. Staff on reception very helpful. The French waiter at breakfast was excellent too.Food was excellent so well done the chefs.
The maitre d grabbing too many people with two large groups and the writers could not cope, we were forgotten about as they were overwhelmed. One waiter, tall dark hair in his 30s a particularly bad attitude, ignored us and appeared very lazy . Wish I knew his name as I would have put a formal complaint in about him, but guess the management know who he is , but choose to ignore ant criticism of him. If he worked in my restaurant I would have fired him long ago.
