We booked this last minute as a flight was delayed by over 3 hours nd we had a long drive home. We arrived at 2.30 am and the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was large, incredibly clean with a lovely bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, and very comfortable beds. The lady on the reception at night was so helpful, and really made us feel welcome at such an early hour in the morning

The room was acceptably clean. The bed was comfortable. The television was ok. The staff were helpful.
I thought the cost for a room was more than I would usually pay at somewhere like a Premier Inn. The cost of the breakfast was high, if I chose to have it. I am a light eater and was not prepared to pay the amount for a full breakfast, when I only wanted a bowl of cereals. An option to pay for what you eat would be helpful.
