“Mediocrity at high prices.”
Reception staff were lovely
Overpriced for mediocrity. Soundproofing non existent Old fashioned Sweat stained pillows TV not working properly Drinking glasses chipped Being charged £6 for parking and £17.95 for breakfast over £251 for abject mediocrity was the final insult. Awful.
Staff were very helpful and courteus. Food was also very good.

The location was good if you had a vehicle. Staff friendly enough comfortable bed.
Rooms could do with a bit of a update. Didnt like paying for carpark after feeling that we paid good money to stay.there i think paying for parking is a bit of a rip off.

The breakfast was amazing and we especially liked that it went on so late we never had to rush to get there in time, the lounge rooms and bar were so cool we took so many pictures and the staff were so kind and helpful! The location was perfect we got to tour Inverness at our leisure and we loved our little walk into town everything was so adorable!
