“Prima hotel op prachtige lokatie met fantastisch ontbijt.”
Het is een mooi, schoon en comfortabel hotel. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en niet belachelijk druk of rumoerig. Maar ik vond het ook een beetje een afstandelijk hotel, geen cozy hotel. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, maar gereserveerd. Ik ga normaal altijd naar Sofitel en vind dat toch net iets gezelliger. Ligging van Sheraton is daarintegen weer fijner, direct aan de shoppingmall.

The hotel was very comfortable and overall we had a great stay. The room service was excellent, responsive and professional. A special thank you to Dylon and Ricardo at the Concierge. They were extremely helpful, friendly and always had a great attitude. Whatever we needed, they were happy to assist us with recommendations, transportation, directions and anything else. The manager at reception was also very helpful when I had an issue with my original room and quickly arranged another room for me.
Unfortunately, our experience on Thursday morning, September 10, 2026 was disappointing due to the attitude and lack of assistance from the receptionist, Tracy. We had three rooms, but she assigned each of us to a different floor and was not helpful when we asked if we could be placed closer together. My original room also had an unpleasant smell. When I went back to Tracy and explained the issue, she told me that this was the only option available and did not offer any further assistance. I then requested to speak with the manager, who was extremely professional and helpful. He handled the situation very well and arranged a different room for me.
