“One night stand”
Beds were not comfortable. Bedroom faucets are old and coming off. Good location and pricing for a two bedroom apartments

The food service from the Zodiac restaurant managed Mr Bala was fantastic! They are very friendly and accommodate your every need. The Harmour fish was exceptionally good.

Excellent! My colleagues and myself were looked after brilliantly. Nothing was too much effort for any of the staff or managers. The rooms were very clean and well presented and the food was very good. I could even ask for food that wasn’t on the menu. Thoroughly recommend the Al Manzil. 10 out of 10.

“Terrible experience”
The rooms are of average size, similar to any standard apartment, but they are not bath-attached, which is inconvenient, especially at night. Toiletries are not provided, and the beds are uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to sleep properly. While room cleaning is done daily, it is not available on Fridays. The staff is generally helpful, and most requests are accommodated if you ask. The front office staff is friendly during the daytime, but the night shift staff seems unwelcoming, especially when using the front lobby. During my business visit, I spent some time in the lobby in overalls, and it felt like they disapproved of that. The manager had promised free drinking water, but the staff still charged for it. The building is old, and considering the price, there are newer buildings nearby available at nearly half the cost.
