Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal !! Wunderbares super feines tolles Frühstück....a la carte...es wird alles frisch zubereitet....genial !!! Zimmer ganz toll Eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber !! An super Lage ! Parkplatz kann angefragt werden, sonst Parkhaus St.Esprit nehmen nur 5.Min zu Fuss vom Hotel 1 Tag ca.35.- EUR.
Für Lärmempfindliche achtung : die Fenster können nicht offen gelassen werden (z.b. Suite Zi 13) u.a. in der Nacht ! Z.b. am SA abend sehr grosse Lärmemission durch die Restaurant (bis in die Morgenstunden !!), dann ab 06.30 Uhr Stadtreinigung ! Zimmer nicht klimatisiert. Dies gerne zur Info.
“Phantastisches Hotel in einer fantastischen Stadt.”
Die Lage ist fantastisch. Mitten in der Altstatt wo zu Fuss alles gut erreichbar ist. Das Personal ist top und sehr freundlich.
Da kann die Unterkunft aber nichts dafür. Der Lärm draussen ist laut und sehr lange in die Nacht rein. Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen oder zur Verfügung stellen wäre eine Option. Das Bett ist sehr, sehr hart.

There was a very warm welcome from the minute we arrived We did stay in the Executive Suite which was well worth the upgradev

very well located in the city center,
Downside of been right in the city center is that if you want to sleep with open windows the terasse of the opposite bars on the pedestrian street is quite noisy on saturday night... no aircon in the room, but a ventilator.

Great location in the old town. One of the oldest buildings there,quirky but very well managed and maintained. Superb room, very spacious, clean and well equipped. Team there were superb.
