“Just try not to go there...”
Staff was nice, also the location.
In general the hotel is in a bad situation, need a LOT of maintainance. Reaching your room alone is an achievement, since the hotel looks like a maze. Shower is very tiny, drain is not draining. Many damaged floor tiling. Sidebed lamp didn't switchboff completely. Breakfast is below acceptable.

Die Lage in der Altstadt. Beim Check-In ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter.
Eigentlich hat das Hotel das Potential ein Schmuckstück zu sei . Leider sind die Zimmer total abgewirtschaftet und zum Teil verdreckt. Das erste Zimmer, was wir angeboten bekommen haben, hatte eine „abenteuerliche“ Klimatisierung, die keine war und auch nur wärmte. Wir konnten das Zimmer glücklicherweise wechseln, mit Fenster zum Hof. Die Be-und Entlüftung im fensterlosen Bad/WC funktionierte nicht; Toilettendeckel war kaputt; der Unterschrank fing sich -wegen Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel- an aufzulösen. Die Ablage für Kleidung wurde wohl über Wochen nicht gesäubert- das haben wir gemerkt, als wir unsere Sachen herausnahmen. Ja das Frühstück (8.00-10.00 Uhr) als wir um 9.00 Uhr kamen,gab es keine Butter/Margarine mehr - war aus, nur trockenen Tost und Käse oder Joghurt. „Small Luxury“ - wann war das denn???
