“overall great worth for the service and for the area, however there is room to improve”
i liked the flexibility regarding my check-in time - as travel got complicated and I had to change my estimated time of arrival 2 times. Although the hotel is old and established it showed some signs of renevations - modern shower cabin, toilet and mirror with LED. The staff were helpfull and resolved all my unique queries regarding my stay.
some facilities of the room seemed a bit outdated or broken - the toilet water was running and the carpet had cigarrete burns. There was a slight hiccup on check in - no towels were provided so I had to phone reception and wait at least 20 mintues to receive them by staff
