Great location cannot make up for dated facilities and unpleasant odors in‑room.
While the location is excellent, the hotel feels quite worn. There was an odd stale smell inside the room, and towels had an unpleasant funky odor, which greatly affected my stay experience.
Posizione eccezionale, proprio a due passi da Nanjing Road e da People's Square con fermata della metro. Struttura bellissima, merita tutte le 5 stelle. Palestra grandissima ed attrezzata con macchinari tecnogym aperta sempre, piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco aperta fino a tardi con servizio eccellente. Stanza con una vista wow al piano 30, pulitissima, bagno enorme con vasca e super doccia. La colazione migliore di tutta la Cina, fornitissima. Rispetto agli altri alberghi, anche della medesima categoria, il personale molto cordiale ma più distaccato, ma è anche normale in una catena, comunque gentilissimi anche nel prepararci la colazione a portar via il giorno della partenza.
