A wonderful stay at Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar ❤️ Hello, I would like to share my sincere review of this beautiful hotel. First of all, the hotel is very well located in the tourist area of Hurghada. Having plenty of shops and places to walk around nearby makes an evening stroll very enjoyable. However, the real strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel very comfortable. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed at the reception, who was extremely kind and did his best to make sure we had the room we wanted. We truly appreciated his attention and professionalism. I would also like to thank Ms. Adriana, whose beautiful smile and kindness made the check-in process very pleasant, and Karmina, who contacted us several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable. A special mention as well to Mr. Ashraf with whom we had a very pleasant and enjoyable conversation. Of course, I would also like to thank all the wonderful staff at the main restaurant and the hotel bars, as well as the housekeeping team, especially Ismail, for his kindness and excellent service. And a big thank you to Youssef for the great entertainment and wonderful atmosphere he creates every day, together with all his fellow members of the animation team. They certainly added something special to our stay. Finally, Jaz Elite Casa Del Mar has completely won us over on our first visit, and this will certainly not be our last! ❤️🙏 Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

“Perfect JAZ ELITE CASA DEL MAR BEACH HOTEL”
Everything was more than perfect. I would start with location of hotel, perfect, very near to the airport, 15 minutes drive. Room very large with extremely large bathroom, and all facilities like equipped balcony, chairs and device for easy drying swimsuits. The beach clean with easy access and with enough space for free swimming. Variety of food like nowhere we faced before, and we visited many hotels in Egypt. Food was delicious and for sure can satisfied any specific taste and wishes. Staff extremely kind, ready to help you and make your day with their smiles, especially when received from young ladies at the reception: Adrianna, Kermina and Sofia, Well done and keep going.
I did not like overall price, but this is not a problem from hotel. Once when I accepted Booking.com offer, it was my responsibility. Just to say that 2,500 USD for 3 persons 4 nights, all inclusive, looks very expensive.
