βCold. I felt not important!β
Great hotel location with good parking area right infront of the hotel main entrance. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Facilities in general looks great.
The staff, Yes they are polite, and they know exactly what to say, and what to respond to your concern or questions. But with very Cold face with instructions that we have to follow! a bit of arrogance.. I came with my luggage to the reception. I checked in and asked if anyone can help me with the luggage I got a surprise answer - all staff are busy now!! I stayed for 2 nights, atmosphere very cold.. not friendly at all. Thatβs my personal feeling
