“Hand location”
Location to food outlets, uni and botanic gardens. Pleasant views from shared balcony. Washing machine in room was handy. Shower nice and hot and pressure was good.
Bed was a bit hard for our liking and the room was uncomfortably warm without any control over temperature.
Awesome place to stay, friendly staff. Great location because parking in central Dunedin is a nightmare. This hotel was close enough to walk into the city centre.
We have stayed here several times. The facilities are spotless, comfy beds, lovely linen, choice of pillows. Our unit also had a spa bath, small balcony and on level 4 views of Dunedin city. The owners very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend and wouldn't consider staying else where in Dunedin.
