“Sweet and bitter”
location was excellent, and the housekeeping lady was incredibly helpful, caring, and attentive to the guests. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant.
What I didn’t like was the way the reception handled an issue during the night. I received a call at 3 AM regarding a complaint from a taxi driver about someone he believed was me. I don’t think I should have been contacted at that hour, especially when there was no confirmation that I was the person involved. The reception staff should have handled the situation more professionally and prioritized protecting the privacy, comfort, and peace of mind of their guests rather than disturbing them in the middle of the night.

Additional commissions were charged for paying by credit card instead of cash. Also, when I paid for the taxi service, I did not receive the full amount of change back. I think these payment-related issues should be handled more transparently.
