My 1st room did not have air conditioning that worked. However, the concierge was very kind and switched my room~ larger with working air conditioning.

Quand nous sommes revenus plus tard les chambres étaient prêtes et les bagages déjà dans les chambres. C’est ce genre de petites attentions qui font la différence.
