Location our room had a nice view of Lake Taupo
Tight parking. The couch in our room was so well used it was uncomfortable. No actual welcome at all. Never saw the manager/or owner apart from when I needed to get more milk and a tea towel. No goodbye or thanks for staying. Just a drop box.
