“Absolutely stunning hotel and grounds!”
The room was gorgeous! Lovely lake view, the hot tub was incredible and the location was central without being in the middle of everything. The staff were wonderful and I highly recommend staying here when in Queenstown!
The pillows, but that's just personal preference because I don't like feather pillows. Everything else was perfect!
The stay here is amazing, very spacious and beautiful room. Ammenities provided were great, with very large and comfortable bathrooms and beds. We got to enjoy using the pools and saunas as well. Breakfast here is amazing too! Also easy access into the city via the Water Taxi. Overall amazing comfortable stay!

Very modern, clean, great location
The main restaurant, we ate there one night and my steak was literally 50% fat and inedible, so we didn’t go back, could not fault the breakfast in the same restaurant
