Llegamos casi a media noche de un viaje largo, El señor de la recepción fue grosero, no nos brindó una atención ni bienvenida esperada, adicionalmente nos quería cobrar un precio distinto (mayor) que el ofrecido en la aplicación de Booking. Por tanto, nos fuimos del hotel a otro, y he de notar que así no hayamos usado la habitación, nos quejamos directamente con ellos. Y aún así hicieron cobro de la reserva.
