We booked this apartment for location and good reviews on it.the facilities in the pool area and gardens are all kept very well our view from the balcony was fantastic we got our towels and bed linen changed every second day staff were very helpful and friendly great location between old town and the strip
Apartment is very dated and has been patched a few times and was crawling with small bugs we found some insecticide spray under the sink and we eradicated them.also the balcony was filthy I had to ask at reception to have it cleaned the dirt on the floor in our bedroom around the edges was filthy we had slider rope wardrobes loads of storage again the bottom track where the door slides was filthy dirty.bear in mind check out is 11am we were not allowed to check in until 3pm obviously it did not get a deep clean between clients the cleaners came every morning and did a quick clean thats fine but between clients it should get a deep clean.lastly we had to pay 35 euro for the use of the safe which is unfair because you need the safe for your jewellery and passport and other things . There should be no hidden costs when booking these apartments
