  “It was nice stay, restaurant is good and being beach facing it adds to the experience.”

  Breakfast is not included in the package, ideally it should be, but I understand this is due to certain operational challenges.

  Well reached early morning and had to wait for nearly 5-6 hours for our room, as it was occupied. Though the room was released by the tenant by 11:30. However, by the time we entered it was almost 2PM. Hotel is very strict on Checkin and checkout, just a note for fellow passengers, they do provide extension at an additional hourly charge while checkout.

  “Pessima gestione dei clienti”

  La struttura ha una posizione invidiabile anche se i bungalow la non avevano vista mare

  Ho avuto una brutta esperienza ci avevano dato la possibilità di rimborso poiché stanno facendo delle ristrutturazioni e avremmo potuto sentire rumore ho dato fiducia ed ho confermato la stanza la notte che siamo rimaste e’ stata un incubo l’aria condizionata puntata addosso impossibile da modificare …la mattina seguente passo alla reception x dirgli del problema e se potevano cambiarmi la stanza sicuramente meno bella rispetto al mio bungalow a 10 passi dal mare e pensavo che visto il costo era praticamente lo stesso mi venisse fatto fare il cambio gratuitamente invece mi hanno chiesto i soldi di 1 notte in più…. ti ho dato fiducia sul rumore u un confermando comunque e tu mi chiedi i soldi di 1 notte in più ????Comunque il condizionatore del mio bungalow non sono riusciti a sistemarla …morale della storia abbiamo richiuso le valigie perso i soldi e cambiato albergo….peccato !!!

  Location near beach , live music, helpfull staff . Special Leo staff is very nice, helpful and always there to help. Daily room service . Missing life fire show but can understand it is off season

  Every thing is perfect but resort is little far always from the city but came and quite place to stay and relax
