Great location. Friendly staff
Basic cleanliness was fine. Finer cleaning was not done before our arrival. Coffee table stand and TV stand were very dusty. The oven was very dirty and as it happened didn't work.

There are alot of works around the property - next door both sides - it’s difficult to get a sleep in.
