Friendly staff, nice bar
The parking is full of rubbish, a better housekeeping outside would give a much better appearance. Breakfast starts too late during the week.

Nice quiet accommodation, clean, very friendly staff, comfortable bar and tasty dinner.
WiFi was very weak, breakfast is not available until 8am at the earliest.

The room was decorated nicely. The tea and coffee making facilities were good and it was spacious. The bed was comfortable.
The windows need curtains as the light comes in through the blinds. The towels are too small. I much prefer a bath sheet to wrap comfortably around me rather than a bath towel that barely joins together. The duvet cover needs to be bigger so that there is duvet to spare. A double bed needs a kingsize duvet.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely, the room was just what we needed. The location is great for getting into leeds in 20 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.
