Bed was not the most confortable one

Perfect location, beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean and modern but with added comfort. The boys loved the bunk beds. The room was a brilliant size for 4. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
The room was really nice and clean and had anything we needed. Comfortable beds too and nice shower over bath. Location is good, the bus 3 or 3A takes you directly to oxford city centre in 10-15 min.
Breakfast could be better for vegan and gluten free options. I also waited 20 min for 2 pieces of gluten free toast. Allergens not specified on buffet food and coconut milk was off. Very overpriced for what you get.
Tomek, at reception and Wendy, at breakfast were fantastic, very helpful, Wendy was hilarious. Rooms nice and beds comfortable
