“Worst experience Hotel tourist don't book please”

Worst hotel and property The management is very unprofessional and cannot manage or handle online bookings. The hotel actually overbooked and even after overbooking, they continued to accept more reservations.
“Dont think I would return again mainly due to the Bad water condition in the bathroom!!”
The hotel seems nice at first. The pool side area and the the food at the restaurant was good overall. I was in Vertigo which is their partner property across the road where rooms are a bit better than the other one.
however, the rooms and the service are disappointing. I had booked through Booking.com but when I arrived for check in they mentioned that its busy time and they are sold out and in such condition they dont honour booking.com reservations. They give priority of direct bookings instead of onilne ones. After much discussion and argument i managed to get the room allotted to me which means they had the room available but were not giving for some reason. They had major problems with water quality in the bathroom. It was all brown and muddled one day so they said they are doing some water treatment and it will be better. It improved a little by evening but you could still see it was a bit yellowish which was not acceptable. They also had problems with their bath towels and napkins. Housekeeping would not keeping them back after cleaning the room. I had to wait half hour twice after returning to hotel in evening before housekeeping could bring them and that too didnt seem too clean or fresh.
