Friendly & hard working staff. Excellent Food & Drink. Ideal Location. Parking available.
Dogs allowed in dining room & sitting on furniture. Too many dogs in the hotel at one time. Dog friendly is fine but not so many. Dogs were also being fed in the dining room- not acceptable. We did request a room with a view which we did not get, but our allocated room was acceptable.

Friendly staff, great location. Parking on site. Good breakfast. Spacious bedroom. Easy walking to Shanklin Village, the beach and local pub The Chine Inn
Although our room was spacious, it was somewhat dated, i.e. decoration and some of the furniture was missing it's handles and the bed base was tatty. The shower/toilet/sink area was small, could only get 1 person in there at once. Toilet seat, slipped to one side, when you sat on it. Shower door was stiff and tray and surround was grubby.
