“Poor cleanlines and bugs”
Cheap but not the cleanest. Sheets were stained, staff eventually replaced them the next day although these also had stains. Also several different bugs, quite a few green insects that seemed harmless enough, however there was also what appeared to be a bedbug in its 1st instar.

I recently stayed at Tune Hotel Penang and it truly felt like staying at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was simple but just nice. What stood out the most was the staff. Their friendliness and positive attitude really made a difference and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great hospitality. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others visiting Penang.
