The location was so beautiful. The staff were very attentive friendly. I especially found the instructors and entertainment crew to be of high quality. All of the classes I took were very intelligently structured and professional. They were all so friendly with us when they were out and about. High 5 on the crew. The view was magical. We would get up early and take a coffee to the beach and just take it all in. The wellness offers were ok. They offered different types of massages. But the Lomi Lomi massage was exactly the same as the sport massage. That was disappointing but still relaxing. It is an all inclusive adult resort. That means huge buffet and lots of people in the restaurant. But the resort was organised so that we found lots of quiet spots away from the music and were able to relax for the 2 weeks we were there.
I wish the hotel would invest in better beds and sun chairs. The beds were small and uncomfortable. We had a hard time sleeping. Also the sun chairs were very uncomfortable. I ended up taking 2 of the bath towels from our room to pad the chair a bit. The hotel could do better in that way and would probably profit from it.
