The bed was comfortable and the location is perfect. Some of the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Two weeks before we arrived in this hotel we constantly received WhatsApp messages from people pretending to be this hotel. Some of them had really personal details like credit card information. Due to that, we had to block our credit card. When we told this to the hotel, they were not even sorry. Maybe it isnโt their fault and is is the fault of booking.com, but their response to our complaints was really mild even though we thought this was really serious. They said that we were not able to get a take away breakfast because we were leaving earlier than the kitchens opening. But when we arrived to our room, we read that people leaving earlier than breakfast time could receive a packet breakfast.
