Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer etc. sehr sauber, Kostenloser Parkplatz gegenüber, ruhige Lage, Dresden Zentrum gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar, Super Preis-Lestungs-Verhältnis
Zimmer und Bad sehr klein, direkt hinter dem Haus irgendein Abbauberg, der gerade saniert wird, hat man aber im Zimmer nach vorne nicht viel mitbekommen, nachts absolut ruhig. Anfahrt über sehr holprige Straße.

Alles ,Zimmer schlecht,alte Auslegeware Flecken waren drin , abgenutzt,Steckdose locker,Duschwanne verrostet, Aufhänger fast abgefallen,WC Deckel locker, Fußboden schmierig,es roch stark nach Feuchtigkeit, Ausstattung wie zu DDR Zeiten.Starke Risse in der Außenwand,runtherum Baufällig alles,man müsste sein Geld zurück bekommen.Sehr lauter Badlüfter,11,-€ für's Frühstück ist frech.Aufgebackene Brötchen wie Pappe, Brot fast vertrocknet.
