Wonderful staffs and nice location
Everything nice
This was my second stay at the Four Seasons Guangzhou for a business trip, and both times I stayed for about a week. Once again, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable, but what really makes each stay so memorable is the exceptional staff and service. A very special thank you to Ms. Trista at the reception desk, who was truly a gem throughout our stay. She always greeted us with the warmest smile and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was incredibly kind, attentive and always ready to help, and her hospitality genuinely made our stay even more special. I would also like to give a special mention to Ms. Meggie, who was extremely sweet, warm and helpful throughout our stay. A big thank you as well to all the bellboys and housekeeping staff for their wonderful service, and to the lovely lady manager in the breakfast area (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name), who was always so attentive and welcoming. After spending a week here on two separate business trips, I can confidently say that the Four Seasons Guangzhou has consistently made my stays extremely comfortable and enjoyable. It has truly been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Guangzhou. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so well looked after. I will definitely look forward to staying here again on my next visit!
