Vielen Dank für das großzügige Upgrade und die fantastische Aussicht – wir haben uns unglaublich darüber gefreut ! 1000 Dank an Lily, die mit ihrer herzlichen und aufmerksamen Art unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Man merkt, wie viel Wert hier auf Gastfreundschaft und persönliche Betreuung gelegt wird. Besonders begeistert haben uns die liebevollen Details: die wunderschönen Blumen und die persönliche Karte zu einem privaten feierlichen Anlass, den Kuchen vor meinem Geburtstag haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war makellos sauber, die Lage perfekt und die Dachterrasse mit ihrer tollen Aussicht einfach traumhaft.
