“Bien situé, propre, mais services 0”
L’emplacement est top, à côté de la gare et de la vieille ville. La chambre est relativement spacieuse et tout était très propre.
L’odeur de la pizzeria d’en bas d’en la chambre, le bruit de la rue passante (chambre sans clim, donc obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte car le ventilateur fait un bruit pas possible), savon pour le corps inexistant dans la salle de bain de notre arrivée jusqu’au départ alors que nous l’avions signalé à la réception (il n’y avait pas non plus de papier WC !), serviette de bain pour une personne alors que nous étions deux, tasses de café et capsules pas remplacées durant les 4 jours, salle de bain sans aucune place pour poser ses affaires de toilette… Quand on paie + de 1’300 balles pour 3 nuits, on s’attend quand-même à un minimum de service. Et là, c’était la cata. Je ne parlerai pas de la place de parking qu’on a payé en supplément, pour laquelle le personnel s’est bien gardé de préciser avant qu’on paie qu’il fallait déplacer notre véhicule à la gare au beau milieu de notre séjour (ok, sans supplément, mais une contrainte en plus tout de même…)

A great hotel just a short walking distance from the train station. Easy to get anywhere in town. 5 mins to the old town and Chapel bridge. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was very nice
I know unusual but it was extremely hot. I did not expect aircon but a fan would have been good. This is probably rarely an issue and would not stop me coming back
