The hotel rooms are very cleam, the hotel lobby is good, bathrooms are very clean. Multiple 7/11 are there near by, multiple vending machines are there just outside hotel. Overall a very good choice.
The only down side is distance from JR Station - Either of the stations Sakaisuji Honmachi or Kitahama are a good 12-14 mins walk. Walkable as such not like it is a major concern, just tha, can be bit inconvenient if you're travelling with heavy bags.
