The building was beautiful. Also the plants and the trees.
The matrasses were old/not comfortable. They gave us bottles with water but stored the bottles in full sunlight. The waiters we not always friendly, sometimes rude and the service was slow. The front desk was good with one man. But the other man was not friendly at all and did not offer help when he saw us struggeling to get a taxi.

Food is excellent, service is great and the facilities are overall fantastic. It's a splendid place to stay and we would definitely love to stay again!
Our only feedback was that the mattresses are too soft for support while sleeping (in case you have back issues).
