Die Lage mit dem wunderbaren Blick über die Stadt bis zum Hafen. Schöner Garten mit vielen Blumen, Stauden und Bäumen. Es war sehr ordentlich. Am Pool fand man immer einen Platz. Parkplatz auf dem Areal oder der Straße davor.
Leider keine Klimaanlage oder andere Verschattungseinrichtungen. Somit hatten wir nachts nie Temperaturen unter 25°C in den Zimmern, auch nicht mit ständigem Durchzug. Täglich wurde das Geschirrtuch und der Lappen gewechselt, die normalen Handtücher aber eher selten. Bei uns funktionierte das WLAN nicht. Auch nach Rücksprache an der Rezeption nicht. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem reinen Wohngebiet, somit muss man diverse Geräusche in Kauf nehmen (Hundegebell,Partys,Handwerker).
“Good enough for a stay in Funchal”
The apartment was very spacious, with a fully equipped corner kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom. It also had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs. A definite plus of the property is the swimming pool and the on-site parking.
Among the negative points worth noting, I list the following: 1) although the apartment appeared clean overall, there were several ants in the kitchen and bathroom; 2) outdated furniture; 3) a limited number of electrical points, especially in the bedroom; 4) despite keeping the windows open, there was a persistent musty odor in the apartment; 5) the bathroom was functional but quite dated, with signs of wear and tear; 6) the property has an on-site parking lot, but it isn’t large enough for all guests, so sometimes you have to park outside the property.
