“DO NOT STAY HERE!”
DO NOT STAY HERE. THIS PROPERTY WAS SO BAD WE HAD TO ABANDON OUR BOOKING AND FIND ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION! Ive seen jail cells in better condition! Rooms not as pictured. Service was appalling. We liked absolutely NOTHING. The property was significantly different from the photos advertised and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
Not as pictured. Dirty. Ill repair. Unmaintained. The room was nothing like the condition shown in the listing photos. It was dirty, poorly maintained and in obvious need of repair. The fridge was rusty, paint was peeling from the ceiling, furniture, wardrobes and the bedhead were scratched, damaged and peeling, and the bathroom and shower were in terrible condition with damaged and peeling surfaces. Had the true condition of this room been accurately represented in the listing, we would NEVER have booked it. To make matters worse, when we raised our concerns and requested a refund, the response and customer service were appalling. Rather than acknowledging the significant difference between the advertised room and what we actually received, our refund request was refused. I have photos documenting the condition of the room and would strongly recommend prospective guests look very carefully at recent reviews before booking.

no comfortable sitting - no seating for 2 except 2 plastic chairs with very basic kitchen/dining table. only 1 comfortable chair facing TV. Cold unit. No carpeting.
