Die Lage ist das Beste an diesem Hotel: Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Ausgehviertel in Zurenborg (Dageraaadplaats).
Die veröffentlichten Bilder der Zimmer sind deutlich geschönt. Die Einrichtung ist erkennbar in die Jahre gekommen, teils defekt (Wasserhahn in der Toilette). Das Frühstück war allenfalls akzeptabel.
