Location was good if you want to stop and relax
Was a bit rundown in some areas such as the mini golf food prices and drinks were higher priced than we have experienced in other parts of Vietnam
1. Staffs: Support from staffs really on time. They were nice, English is good in guiding foreign guests as well. 2. Areas: Besides I really like the garden, pathways, with variety of local trees in Viet Nam. The air was refreshing, and the weather was quite nice (just a little bit rainy). 3. Accommodation: The new room they allocate for me smelled of lemongrass, bed sheets, pillows are clean (Feel comfortable and safe to sleep).
1. Accommodation: The initial room they assigned for me was not in good conditions. Have molds on the chairs, dark particles on bed sheets, and pillows protector & insert were not cleanned thoroughly which made me unable to sleep at the first night. Fortunately, the reception support was on time, they changed for me two new pillows to sleep, and allocated a new room the next day. Hope that they will check the condition of the room more carefully next time π. 2. Staff: Only feel down just a little bit when I checked out, with baggage, suitcase and couple of things on hand, the bell man did not assist in taking it to the electric car.
