Big and safe underground parking. Room condition is okay, toilet is clean, aircond is fine and enough facilities in the room (minibar,iron,iron board, kettle)
Check in time at 3pm, arrived at 3.30pm and staff said room is still not ready and need to wait for 5 to 10 mins. After 15 mins ask again and just said that oh prev customers check out late so still in cleaning process. Our fault meh? What if we arrived on time at 3pm? Need to wait till 4.30pm too or what? Check out still need to be on time tomorrow at 12pm right? (We check out at 11.58am anyway) Wait for 30 mins at the lobby while other 6 customers arrived and can get in immediately. Staff did not say sorry at all and just laughing and talking at the counter. No explanation or anything given. Got annoyed after 30 mins and ask if still not done yet, just give other room or something la. Then only give us the key, don't know if done or given another room. Didn't even ask me to sign anything anymore. Only at 4.30pm got to the room. No sorry no nothing. Look at us like we are the fussy one and are the problem. Even if the room we booked is cheap one, so what? Cheap can be treated poorly meh? Then only make expensive room la walaowe Room carpet is smelly, as all floor fully covered and must be wet from in front of the toilet. Toilet flush was broken, need to open the back lid everytime to fix the band or something that fell off each time, only then can use flush Shower is hot all the time, supposely it can be adjust right? the temperature? but somehow no cold water just hot all the way. Need to use the toilet hose For improvement hope the staffs can learn some basic customer services by explaining and apologizing to customers and try to find the best solution immediately. We also understand you are only doing your part of the work and can tolerate if given polite explanation but please provide a better outcome for your customers especially if there are elderly involved. Will not be coming back but hope can do better in the future. Thanks
