βA Complete Disappointment!β
Nothing. A Complete Disappointment!
I stayed at this hotel several years ago and was quite happy with my experience, so I chose it again as the place to start my honeymoon. As it turned out - a big mistake... When we checked in, we discovered that the barbecue area was closed. Unpleasant, but something we could live with. We also found out that guests are not allowed. Well, technically they are, but only for a maximum of two hours. Obviously, nobody was planning to have guests stay overnight, but quietly having a few beers with friends by the pool was definitely part of our plans. And speaking of the pool: it is freezing cold! I genuinely don't understand how an outdoor pool can be this cold when the temperature outside has been around +30Β°C for months?! Combined with the ban on guests and the closed barbecue area, this "hotel" basically turns into nothing more than a cheap place to sleep. How exactly it received four stars is completely unclear to me... There is no drinking water anywhere. The tap water is so heavily chlorinated that the thought of drinking it doesn't even cross your mind. The toilet in our room takes its job extremely seriously and thoroughly! When you flush, it sprays water all over you from your knees down to your feet, and then continues running for several hours unless you perform some kind of magic with the flush button. There is only one electrical outlet in the entire room. The refrigerator is so tiny that it can literally fit only a few cans of beer. All the food we brought with us simply went bad. The hotel grounds are completely untreated for mosquitoes, and once night falls, you start feeling like you've been transported somewhere into the middle of the Ural wilderness. Our guests did eventually come to visit us. The next morning, the staff claimed that our guests had stayed for more than two hours and that we now had to pay an outrageous β¬50 extra for this.
