Die Lage und das Gebäude
Die Kaffeesahne in unserem Zimmer war im Juli 2026 abgelaufen. An der Rezeption hat man dann dem Housekeeping Bescheid gegeben die Ersatz gebracht haben. Aber kein Wort von Entschuldigung. Die Mitarbeiter vom Roomservice (der bei uns nicht stattgefunden hat, dazu gab es auch keine Info!) sind sehr kommunikativ und schieben lebhaft die Reinigungswägen auf den Gängen im Innenhof was über alle Etagen Lärm verursacht. Beim Frühstück wird kein Geschirr abgeräumt, erst wenn die Gäste gehen und dann kommen 2 Mitarbeiter die beide den gleichen Tisch abwischen🫣
Die Übernachtung war okay, aber der Kundenservice / Personal ist echt extrem schlecht, deshalb würde ich das nicht weiterenpfehlen. Ich versuche seit 2 Wochen eine Rechnung für meinen Aufenthalt zu bekommen und die KI am Telefon legt immer auf und leitet mich nicht an die Mitarbeitenden weiter.
We could not check in after 10PM. There was not working the self check in machine. The emergency number was not working. The room was dirty. And the staff was mostly incompetent.
