“Very disappointed stay”
Extremely disappointed with everything about our stay in this hotel. We got 2 rooms on the 8th floor which were tiny, the lighting was dim, the carpets were dirty, the wall paper looked like it hadn't been changed from the Victorian era, the city view was the balconies of multiple apartment buildings. The shower space is so small that the shower curtain which has mould at the bottom touches you when having a shower. When we went to ask the receptionist to help us book a taxi, it seemed like too much of an inconvenience for her & she told us to wait outside on the curb & stop any passing taxi. The location has many shops along the street who all had their garbage out waiting to be collected so you had to walk past that, enter the hotel through the car park & go up to the lobby on level 5, definitely not what you expect from an International well known chain of hotels.
Everything about this hotel screams it is in serious need of renovation.
The Staff was very kind and helpful. But the Pricing for that much small room wasn‘t good. The Restroom in the Rooms are very small. U have to sit sideways on the Toilet because right infront of the Toilet is the Bathtub. AC was workin great, location could also be better to the subway station.
