The food was lovely, and the team were really friendly. I had no issues at all with them.
The cleanliness of room 1 did not meet expectations. There was a noticeable malodour, which seemed to be masked by the use of overpowering scents. While some surfaces within the property were clean, other areas were neglected. The floor had visible hair, and there was dust on the beams and bed, which was unacceptable.
“Great location to explore Oxfordshire”
We used the talkouse as we were visiting friends near by, however it would be a great location to explore Oxfordshire - close to Oxford and close to some amazing places such as Blenheim palace. Accommodation very good and staff very friendly. - lovely pub.
Couldn’t find anyone to check out with at 8:30 - we ended up posting room key through pub front door.

Hele leuke pub, zeer lekker eten, local ales
Veel te klein bed, cv die ganse nacht door overdrukgeluiden maakt en een centrifugaal zoemend geluid waardoor je niet kunt doorslapen. Lijkt van ergens verderop te komen en geeft trillingen door tot in de kamer. Heb geen oog dicht gedaan
