Misschien moeten ze meer het personeel opleiden in het Engels.

Wat een vriendelijke, hartelijke en professionele service binnen het hele hotel. Fijne ontvangst, mooie ruime kamer met ruime douche. Dagelijks schoonmaak en op verzoek nieuwe handdoeken. Kleine koelkast aanwezig. Zwembad op 10e verdieping, handdoek daar te krijgen. Lobby met pal tegenover pick up van transport apps zoals Grab; wel dagelijks tussen 17.00-22.00 voor auto’s en motors niet toegankelijk vanwege afsluiting malioboro straat, maar een ophaalpunt op de rechter straathoek of achterzijde net zo praktisch. Malioboro plaza letterlijk directe ingang met roltrap aan linker zijde. Locatie in ieder geval top.
Water wastafel in douche liep moeilijk af, maar ik had dit ook niet meer tijdens mn verblijf vermeldt. Zal vast opgelost kunnen worden na vermelding bij personeel.
