Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, top Restaurant, super lecker mit viel Auswahl. Zimmer sehr gross und sauber
Sehr weiche Matratze, für Personen mit Rückenproblemen gar nicht geeignet. Leider gab es keine Option die Matratze zu tauschen, der Topper wurde entfernt, jedoch war es nicht ausreichend, um einen guten Schlaf zu geniessen. Während des Duschens gab es auf einmal kein warmes Wasser mehr., absolutes no go. Keine Hacken für die Hand-/Badetücher zum Aufhängen vorhanden, kein Glas für Zahnbürste . Badewanne ohne Vorhang, keine Hotelfinken. Eigentlich kein Hotel, mehr eine Pension., mit geräumigemn Zimmern mit Balkon. Beim Frühstück mussten wir den 2. Tee bezahlen, sehr komisch, obwohl wir Frühstück inklusive gebucht haben. Wir sind einen Tag früher ausgecheckt, hauptsächlich wegen dem Bett und dem Warmwasser…
